Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and process-driven Production Manager to lead our in-house manufacturing operations. This role is the key link between engineering and production—turning shop drawings into finished products that meet exacting standards. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical knowledge with strong leadership and organizational ability. You’ll oversee scheduling, production efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives that keep projects on track and teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to translate drawings and specifications into efficient production workflows.
• Oversee the transition from engineering to fabrication, ensuring quality, accuracy, and manufacturability.
• Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead and support production staff; manage daily shop operations, shop labor allocation, and resource planning.
• Uphold and enforce safety, quality, and process standards.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in custom millwork, casework, or architectural woodworking production management.
• Strong technical understanding of woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and ability to interpret shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience tracking labor utilization, production efficiency, and scheduling.

Salary and Benefits
$90-$130K annual starting salary commensurate of experience
We will offer relocation assistance to be assessed with candidate need.
