The Finish Room Supervisor is responsible for supervising finish room employees. The Finish Room Supervisor directly coordinates the activities of production and assures timelines are met in coordination with the production manager. Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Coordinate and direct employees to ensure proper completion of all projects. • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production timelines and goals. • Train, cross-train, and evaluate staff to maximize work performance. • Conduct performance evaluations on a 90-day and annual basis. • Ensure employees are following call-in/tardy procedure and report any absences to HR in a timely matter. • Ensure all employees are performing their assigned duties and of excellent quality. • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to insure it is running properly. • Complete product in the time frame given by Production Manager(s). • Ensure all products are finished with accurate materials and without any emissions. • Communicate closely with other Supervisors, Project Managers, and Production Manager to ensure all aspects run smoothly including change orders and rework. • Evaluate the production process to identify changes and implement processes that will increase finish room productivity and efficiency. • Assist in shop organization and cleanliness of the finishing room. • Apply appropriate finishes to correct materials. • Communicate with other finishers and shop employees to ensure proper application, selection, and finishing. • Ensure all inventory is stored in a safe manner per safety regulations (stains, laquers, masks, etc). • Ensure employees are properly disposing rags, cleaners, etc. • Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal • Ability to summarize and communicate orally in person or over the telephone and in written form over email. • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in finishing production. • Knowledge of the Cabinet industry, its finish application, and its operation flow. • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions. • Knowledge of different wood species and products that may be used. • Ability to read and understand plans, blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents. • Knowledge of principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. • Team orientated. • Ability to analyze and evaluate information to make decisions. • Ability to develop efficient production procedures with little supervision. Job Description Drafters will manage taking design drawings to production drawings through engineering process. Coordinate with project managers and production to make our clients dreams reality.  Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, Auto CAD and Microsoft applications are required. We are looking for candidates who take the initiative, have strong problem solving skills, and provide unparalleled customer service.
  • Responsible for designing products using computer-aided design software applications such as AutoCAD/Inventor.
  • Analyze, design and build business/technical solutions that deliver the client’s goal.
  • Create detailed manufacturing documentation/bill of materials.
  • Create 3D models and 2D drawings
  • Create floor plans, elevations, and realistic renderings with the help of software.
  • Create designs for store fixtures in the retail market.
  • Aid in the selection of materials/hardware specifications.
  • Produce final design specifications/cut bills
  • 3 years’ experience and/or a degree in Drafting/Wood Design/Wood Program.
  • Wood manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor and Auto CAD
  • Microsoft office products experience

Job Description: Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.
  • Management of the Project Delivery process in line with company and Client’s requirements.
  • Ensures good communication within the Project team (engineering, manufacturing, and logistics).
  • Developing and managing staff, establishing and maintaining a highly motivated and dedicated project management team.
  • Project Planning and progress management in conjunction with the VP of Engineering (including physical progress and Earned Value).
  • Coordinating all project team members, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to required standards, quality, cost and time.
  • Implementation of coordination and cooperation with site team including sub-contractors.
  • Coordinating all project activities. Design, Value Engineering, Fabrication, Procurement, and Installation.
  • Work with clients in ensuring that change is identified and agreed effectively.
  • Liaison with key clients and able to discuss the above activities.
  • Project reporting for the President and VP of Manufacturing and ensuring suitable feedback to the team.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with clients so that company core values are meet.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, and an ability to adapt and develop project management systems to best suit complex project programs.
  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans.
  • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
  • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
  • Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
  • Project management experience. 5 – 10 years
  • Experience of developing and managing budgets for large engineering projects.
  • Experience of managing diverse teams of engineers to deliver on time and to budget on challenging projects.
  • Experience of working with technical leaders to ensure delivery of high quality.
  • Experience of working with key clients and stakeholders, including key suppliers and delivery partners, to ensure project success.
