SUMMARY:
As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by leveraging your expertise in creativity, craftsmanship, and precision. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee assigned projects from design handoff to delivery, ensuring efficiency in all phases.
- Organize and facilitate project kickoff and turnover meetings to align teams on goals, schedules, and expectations.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure timely and accurate completion of shop drawings and feasibility assessments.
- Work with the Purchasing department to ensure on-time procurement of materials and services.
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and internal resources to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate across design, fabrication, logistics, and installation teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while monitoring adherence to deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication, timely approvals, and alignment of expectations.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to maintain project schedules.
- Verify dimensions, materials, and designs against engineering and client specifications, ensuring product quality meets expectations. Work closely with Manufacturing and QC teams to ensure quality and functionality prior to delivery.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, files, and material samples.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, including progress photographs, timelines, and sample reviews.
- Coordinate the delivery of client-provided items, such as graphics and art files.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to support project success and client satisfaction.
- Travel as required to provide on-site project support.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work under tight deadlines and in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent, with five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven project management experience in exhibits, museum installations, or specialty construction/fabrication.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, materials, and estimation processes.

SUMMARY:
The Cost Estimating Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the estimating department. This position plays a critical role in driving accurate project cost assessments, margin control, and coordination with design, production, and procurement to ensure efficient and profitable project execution.
Operating in a fast-paced design and fabrication environment, the Cost Estimating Manager will be responsible for overseeing cost analysis for projects involving wood, metal, and other specialty materials. The role will also support international estimating efforts, particularly with vendors and suppliers in China and other global markets.
DUTIES AND RSPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the estimating team in producing accurate and timely cost estimates for custom fabrication projects across departments.
- Develop and standardize estimating procedures, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Review and approve high-value or complex project estimates before submission to leadership or clients.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop detailed cost breakdowns.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in estimating within custom fabrication, millwork, exhibit, or construction industries.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial or senior estimating role.
- Strong understanding of materials (wood, metal, composites), custom builds, and production methods.
- Experience with international sourcing and cost modeling (especially with suppliers in Asia).
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Innergy Bluebeam, ProEst, Microsoft Excel, or similar platforms).

Salary: $85K - $110K Annual Salary commensurate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to lead complex millwork projects with precision, accountability, and leadership.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager plays a critical role in leading high-end residential millwork projects from design through installation. Acting as the CEO of each project, this individual is responsible for driving scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, and client communication to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires a hands-on, business-owner mindset with a strong commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead projects from submittals through final installation, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Manage detailed submittal and installation schedules, ensuring project milestones are met and coordinated across teams.
• Participate in weekly millwork design reviews with customers, using Bluebeam to redline drawings, follow up on revisions, and coordinate updates with the Design Engineering team.
• Strengthen collaboration across Sales, Design, Estimating, Install, and Production teams to streamline communication and improve project workflow.
• Maintain accuracy and data integrity in weekly standups, providing actionable updates and ensuring all deliverables are clearly communicated and on track.
• Operates with an ownership mindset, taking accountability for results and approaching challenges proactively—even beyond stated responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure while maintaining a consistent, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work e=ectively across departments and with diverse teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Skilled in interpreting a variety of instructions—whether communicated verbally, in writing, or through architectural plans and drawings.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft O=ice 365 (especially Excel) and Bluebeam; experience with CAD platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong time management and decision-making abilities.

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently fabricating custom wood cabinetry in a manner that exceeds our customer’s expectations.
Responsibilities
· Primary function is to fabricate custom wood cabinetry, doors, panels, trim and other pieces.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including notes concerning cabinet assembly.
· Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use hand power tools such as a drill, router, screw gun, miter saw, table saw, nail gun, and orbital sander.
· Ability to use stationary power tools such a miter saw, table saw, high-capacity sander, planer, straight line saw, wire brush machine, etc.
· Ability to use clamp and glue guns
· Ability to identify wood species.
· Able to physically lift, push, pull and move material.
· Safety consciousness, keeping work area clean and orderly.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications of a Custom Cabinet Maker:
· 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation to and from company.
· Ability to read engineering drawings, including all notes concerning cabinet assembly.
· Ability to read, write and speak English and authorized to work in the United States.
· Prior experience required. Prefer 3 years of applicable experience.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 hourly pay commensurate of experience
