- Responsible for designing products using computer-aided design software applications such as AutoCAD/Inventor.
- Analyze, design and build business/technical solutions that deliver the client’s goal.
- Create detailed manufacturing documentation/bill of materials.
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings
- Create floor plans, elevations, and realistic renderings with the help of software.
- Create designs for store fixtures in the retail market.
- Aid in the selection of materials/hardware specifications.
- Produce final design specifications/cut bills
- 3 years’ experience and/or a degree in Drafting/Wood Design/Wood Program.
- Wood manufacturing experience
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor and Auto CAD
- Microsoft office products experience

- Management of the Project Delivery process in line with company and Client’s requirements.
- Ensures good communication within the Project team (engineering, manufacturing, and logistics).

- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
- Project management experience. 5 – 10 years
- Experience of developing and managing budgets for large engineering projects.
- Experience of managing diverse teams of engineers to deliver on time and to budget on challenging projects.
- Experience of working with technical leaders to ensure delivery of high quality.
- Experience of working with key clients and stakeholders, including key suppliers and delivery partners, to ensure project success.
