POSITION GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects onsite, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. · Oversee the work of Subcontractors & Vendors employed on the project and supervise the labor force employed for the project, consisting of regular company personnel & project-specific temporary personnel.

· Review and approve Subcontractor requests & payments.

· Make purchasing decisions as needed for the project.

KEY SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field;

· Experience in the manufacturing of Casework & Millwork within primary area of educational facilities preferred

· Bilingual [ English - Spanish]

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction, with a demonstrated experience in the construction industry with knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.

A Senior Microvellum Programmer is responsible for programming and customizing Microvellum products, updating shop drawings as necessary to match programming, troubleshooting programming and production issues and ensuring buildability in their design. The ideal candidate would have strong Microvellum and AutoCAD experience, understanding of millwork construction and CNC processes, elite problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Seeking Senior Project Manager to manage large commercial architectural millwork projects.

We are looking for someone with strong experience managing multimillion-dollar millwork projects in fast-paced commercial construction environments. The ideal candidate has AutoCAD experience and can draft or adjust their own project details, but that is preferred, not required. What is required is real experience managing commercial architectural woodwork projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Millwork Specialist to join our team. This role involves preparing and updating detailed digital drawings for projects, managing CAD data, and coordinating with production and installation teams. •            Remain a constant contact between internal departments, clients, outside vendors, sub-contractors, and installers as it pertains to coordinating project completion.

•            Review all related project documents upon award and assignment including contract drawings, bulletins, RFI’s, specifications, quotes, estimating takeoffs, contracts, and schedules.

•            Development of the project schedule that will outline the project lifecycle.

•            Review and assist in the creation of shop drawing submittal package with an understanding of common millwork practices.

•            Track and review all potential cost change orders as they arise from various sources such as shop drawing markups, bulletins, CCD’s, SK’s, RFI’s, charge slips, emails, calls, etc. Compose a pricing request and forward all related documents to affected parties while maintaining deadlines for submission. Organize and present the subsequent Proposed Change Order to the GC.

•            Alert and notify all approved Proposed Change Order’s into the engineering and production departments.

•            Coordinate and track submittals of all material/finish samples and drawings.

•            Acquire accurate field measurements from the site as well as attending site virtual meetings, shop drawing reviews, and scope walks as required.

•            Accept, review, and file all documentation received from the contractor/design team and distribute accordingly (approved submittals, RFI’s, bulletins, etc.).

•            Align with engineering department to provide all pertinent information and coordination to ensure a complete package is provided for clear production drawings.

•            Create work orders with clear direction to the shop foreman and crews.

•            Facilitate deliveries and notices to internal and external parties.

•            Submit monthly billing requisitions and follow all billing and billing-related procedures, coordinating with accounting department and the client. Constant follow up with the client to ensure billing is accurate and all requirements are met.

•            Coordinate closeout documentation. Gather required documents to submit to the contractor with assistance from office manager and accounting.

•            Keep the department heads and others immediately updated about project status and issues that may impact client relations.

•            Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner utilizing all the tools you have at your disposal.

•            Job position requires excellent use of the following skill sets: verbal/written communication, time management, planning, executing, decision-making, technical, organization, and a managerial mindset.

This position is dedicated exclusively to supporting one major national account with a continuous pipeline of projects always requiring approximately two months of active production and two months of active installation.

The Project Manager will serve as the operational leader for this account, providing guidance, direction, and oversight for both the manufacturing teams and the field installation teams throughout North America. This individual must become the client's trusted expert and internal authority on construction sequencing, installation methodology, site conditions, and project execution.

Projects are located throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, requiring strong leadership, coordination, and periodic travel.
