SUMMARY The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple mediu-m to large scale woodworking projects, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and customer service. Prepare and submit Cost to Complete (CTC) to Accounting team monthly. • Confer with Installation, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. • Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs. • Coordinate schedule & potential conflicts with structural, electrical, mechanical, & other subs. • Plan, research, and coordinate Project Team to perform post-mortem reviews on all projects. Present findings to Finance and Management teams. • Develop, mentor, and train employees in all aspects of our process and across all departments; engage project teams during drawing, shop, and site reviews to teach and train; act as ambassadors for our project teams when interfacing customers and vendors. • Develop and nurtures relationships with contractors, developers, and design teams in the pursuit of future project opportunities and relays information to the Sales and Estimating Team. • Other duties as required.
