Highly custom job shop, specializing in diverse range of projects. From basic casework to high-end architectural millwork. Product mix includes simple cabinets, fixtures, cash wraps, wall paneling, columns, ceiling elements, storefronts, bars, booths and displays.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and quality expectations.
Implement strategies to optimize labor, material, and equipment usage.
Lead the integration and utilization of the ERP system as a central tool for production planning, performance
tracking, and decision‐making.
Train and coach staff to fully adopt ERP functionalities, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency.
Use ERP analytics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
Ensure the maintenance, repair, and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Plan and manage preventative maintenance schedules and building upgrades.
Evaluate and recommend new equipment or upgrades to support production goals.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing production team.
Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, and workforce planning.
Foster a collaborative, solutions‐oriented culture aligned with core values.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Advocate for and implement innovative technologies and practices, including AI and automation, to maintain a
competitive edge.
Promote a mindset of resourcefulness, encouraging the team to think outside the box and embrace new
challenges.
Desire and ability to work well with other cross‐functional partners (i.e. project managers, engineering, shipping)
Cultivate a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Manage budgets related to manufacturing, maintenance, and facilities.
Maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure resource availability.
Essential Skills:
5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
Proven experience with ERP systems in manufacturing environment
Woodworking/ Metal/ Plastics/ Electrical Experience
Understanding of engineering software and integrations for manufacturing floor
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Operate within budget targets
Quality & rework goals and on‐time delivery
Excellent organizational and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
