3126 Project Manager Custom Wood and Metal Door/Window $85-$120K starting annual salary commensurate

Job Description:

Prepare, monitor and ensure adherence to project budget, scope and schedule. Coordinate with consultants. Monitor the processing and submittals of construction drawings. Attend project meetings. Field measure projects, including detailed review of profiles and details. Maintain clear records and file for multiple projects. Facilitate scheduling of deliveries and installations. Work hand in hand with drafters and architects to achieve project goals.

Eligibility Requirements:

Multiple years’ experience with wood windows or doors (preferably custom wood). General knowledge of Microsoft suite. Ability to read blueprints.

Job Salary:

$85K – $120K (pending experience)
