Job Description:
Responsible for planning, resourcing, billing, tracking and closing out each project on time and within established budgets.
Confirm scheduled subcontractors and vendors are on-site as planned.
Ensure all materials required for the job are on site for start.
Thorough understanding of Design details confirmed material selections and their proper execution.
When on-site communicate with all trades present to ensure information/needs are addressed.
Thorough inspection of all projects for items needing completion or correction.
Eligibility Requirements:
Knowledge of millwork installation.
Experience with Commercial, Hospitality and restaurant millwork.
Able to determine, manage, and schedule while remaining focused and knowledgeable in respect to each job.
Able to foresee potential problems and offer clear and concise methods to eliminate and correct.
Able to relay information to subordinates and discuss projects with clients while maintaining company professionalism.
Able to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
Job Salary:
$75 to $115K (pending experience)
