The ideal candidate for this position will be providing department leadership, including developing the execution strategy, expanding the team, leading development, and executing on all aspects related to manufacturing.
The individual will be key to ensuring successful project execution, great customer experience, and continued department growth.
Leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Provide internal support, direction, and a clear path to success through direct process implementation.
• Develop and manage P&L, balance sheets and production schedules/personnel. Must be willing to work with and partner with other management to achieve the common goals.
Skills
• Budget adherence and evaluation.
• Manufacturing Planning and Execution.
• Manufacturing Schedule Management.
• Knowledge of custom commercial/architectural millwork/cabinetry
Time Management
• Ability to prioritize and manage personal and team timelines.
• Ability to consistently ensure production timelines are met.
• Ability to work with employees, management, vendors, and clients.
• Identify project objectives and ensure that they are organized for a positive outcome.
$100-$140K annual salary commensurate of experience.
