Location: Dallas, Texas 
Position Type: Full-Time / Remote with Travel as Needed

Starting Salary $150-$175K commensurate

Seeking Senior Project Manager based in the Dallas, Texas market to manage large commercial architectural millwork projects.

We are looking for someone with strong experience managing multimillion-dollar millwork projects in fast-paced commercial construction environments. The ideal candidate has AutoCAD experience and can draft or adjust their own project details, but that is preferred, not required. What is required is real experience managing commercial architectural woodwork projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage multimillion-dollar commercial architectural millwork projects from award through closeout

·       Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, field measurements, production, delivery, and installation

·       Work directly with general contractors, architects, owners, vendors, and field installers

·       Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and project documentation

·       Identify problems early and drive solutions to keep projects moving

·       Coordinate with our production team and leadership.

·       Travel to jobsites and to corporate offices as needed.

Qualifications:

·       Must have experience managing commercial architectural millwork/woodwork projects

·       Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects required

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

·       AutoCAD experience preferred, especially the ability to review, draft, or modify project details

·       Strong communication and organization skills

·       Must be able to manage multiple projects at once

·       Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance/badging when required

·       Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
