As one of the premier manufacturers of premium architectural millwork our company is looking to hire a production manager. This is a full-time onsite opportunity requiring an individual with experience guiding and mentoring other staff members and ensuring company goals and production benchmarks are achieved.
Job Requirements:
· Drafting department management
· Production scheduling and management
· Trade and Subcontractor management
· Vendor and procurement management
· Quality Control
· Personnel management
Eligibility requirements:
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience with architectural millwork or compatible industry
· Knowledge and understanding of engineering software and engineering department personnel
· Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, production machinery, shipping and installation
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
· Ability to deal with subcontractor issues and handling deadline issues
Salary- $150K+ and can be tailored to individuals on a commensurate basis
