Track and record all labor units with total project coverage based on historical data, overall quantity and level of difficulty. Ensure material pricing is kept current and input correctly, while keeping vendors competitive by requiring multiple quotes from competing companies. Ensure bids are set-up and kept ready to submit before review. Paying attention to ensure they are professionally presented in a conversational way. Ensure change orders, and red-line revisions are handled quickly and recorded thoroughly. Make sure handoffs are completed and that information is complete and recorded so project management can reference at any given time. Eligibility Requirements Ability to organize, sort and stay on top of incoming information. Experience in Finish Carpentry estimating. Expert understanding of Microsoft office products.
